Found this rich alizarin-red organic, homegrown onion in Vermont. It was huge! I loved everything about it, including it's personality. Added a lot to a salad, too.

This 8 X 10" unframed painting is offered at a deep discount since I'm officially in the holiday spirit. It was finished yesterday; should be dry enough to ship in five days. Painted at Half Moon Bay since my first visit a month ago, from a plein air study. Just moved to California and this makes it well worth the trouble.

Painted on archival linen board, ready to frame. Varnished and signed.
